- Apr 1893 Warranty Deed - deed of property to Sarah VanWagoner Fairbanks from her children for $1.00
- 1898 Warranty Deed - signed by Sarah VanWagoner Fairbanks one month before her death, deeding Lot 4 to her daughters, Mary Fairbanks Brown, and Lillie Maria Fairbanks for $1.00.
- Apr 1923 Lillie Maria Fairbanks' Probate - states that all heirs of the estate (being Lillie's siblings and their children) have quit-claimed their interest in the property to Mary F. Brown.
- Feb 1938 Warranty Deed - deed from Mary Fairbanks Brown to surviving siblings John B, Franklin, George A., and Alicia for $1.00.
- Mar 1938 Letter from Avard T. Fairbanks - expresses his concern over what is to become of the property.
NOTE: There was an effort in 1938 to lease the property to the Daughters of Pioneers (D.U.P.) for 25 years with the hope of them maintaining the home. The D.U.P. decided they couldn't handle the property under the terms given. At a meeting of the Fairbanks Family Association in October of that year, they decided they did not care to deed the property to anyone after all.
- Feb 1939 Warranty Deed - deed from John B., Alicia, Frank, George A. Fairbanks and spouses of property to Fairbanks Family in the West Association for $1.00.
NOTE: In 1947, Alicia Fairbanks Simmons and Frank Fairbanks requested the officers of the Fairbanks Family in the West to convey the 1939 Warranty Deed to them.
- 27 Mar 1964 Letter from Jonathan Fairbanks - urging family support a program to save the Payson home from destruction.
- 27 Mar 1964 Letter from Charles Montgomery - an associate of Jonathan Fairbanks, also urging the family to preserve the Payson home.
- 1 Apr 1964 Letter from Eugene Fairbanks - desiring to protect and restore the homestead.
- 30 Sep 1971 State Historical Register Survey - letter from State Preservation Historian with a survey to be completed in order to present the home to the Governor's Review Board for acceptance to the State Historical Registry.
- 18 Jan 1972 State Historical Register Acceptance - announcing the Fairbanks home in Payson will be listed on the Utah State Register of Historic Sites.
- 24 May 1977 Grant Fairbanks Letter - appreciation of meeting with Vincent Foley, of Utah State Parks & Recreation, and Nancy Foley, in which they discussed preserving the Fairbanks home.
- 20 Dec 1977 Vincent Foley Letter - notice of the State placing the Fairbanks home on the acquisition list for Old Deseret Pioneer Village.
- 5 Jan 1978 Letter of Offer to State - formal offer to the state to relocate the home to Pioneer Trail State Park in the interest of preservation of the home.
- 22 Feb 1980 Letter from State Parks - included a donation letter (below) that needed to be signed before the State could move the home.
- 22 Feb 1980 Frank Fairbanks Letter - official notice by the Fairbanks Family to donate the Fairbanks home to the Utah State Division of Parks and Recreation for the home to be located at Pioneer Trail State Park.
- 29 Aug 1980 Reunion Permission Letter - permission granted by the Utah State Division of Parks and Recreation for the use of the Social Hall for Fairbanks Family reunions, to be held the last Saturday of every July.
- 5-6 Sep 1980 Home Dismantled - article in the Deseret News regarding the Fairbanks home being dismantled and a bit about the history.
- 14 Oct 1980 Letter from Kathryn F. Kirk - requesting items from D.U.P. which had previously been donated to them by Alicia Fairbanks Simmons, to help furnish the Fairbanks home with authentic pieces.
